Updates and Happenings
- This Thursday and Friday, May 12 and 13, WSSC will be replacing underground water pipes on the FCS property. This will cause disruptions to our arrival and dismissal procedures on those days. The Old Columbia Pike entrance will be blocked off for arrival and dismissal. Parents and staff will need to arrive and exit through the Randolph Road entrance only. Specific directions for those days will be sent out next week. Please drive slowly and carefully through and exiting out of our parking lot on these days. We will have staff and MCPS police in the parking lot on those days to help with traffic flow.

- FCS currently has a team shopping for a newer bus! The new bus will be purchased from 2020-21 annual funds and will sport our awesome Forcey Christian School logo! Can’t wait for you to see it!
- The Forcey Christian School NJHS will be conducting a food drive. Please see the attached flyer. Let’s really show up for this school-wide service opportunity!

- Re-enrollment for the 2022-23 school year is ongoing. To begin the re-enrollment process, please contact carla-boxill@fcs.school or visit https://fcs.school/re-registration/ Re-registration is not complete without payment of the $300 registration fee. Some classes are filling up, so it is important to re-register as soon as possible.
- Next week is Nurse Appreciation Week! Let’s show Nurse Barrant just how much we appreciate and value her!

- The Chipotle Fundraiser is coming up, Tues., May 10. Please help spread the word and don’t forget to grab dinner that night! Use the special code on the attached flyer to place an online order or show the flyer. 33% of the sales go to PTO. Thank you for your support!
- SAVE THE DATE – Sat., June 11, 3-7 p.m. – First-ever Forcey Spring Fling! Bring your family and friends for an afternoon of outdoor fun, fellowship, free activities, games, face painting & photo booth. Dunk Tank, Basket Raffle and a percentage of Food Truck sales benefit the FCS PTO! Flyer attached.
