Application Process

Admission Information

Forcey strives to admit students who are interested in reaching their full potential spiritually, academically and socially. We have students with a broad range of gifts and talents who are searching for excellence. We look for parents willing to partner with us in providing a supportive community to both teachers and other families. We are the Forcey Family!

Application Process

Step 1

To find out if space is available please do one of the following:

Step Two

Submit the student application form (Online or Printable).

Step Three

NON-REFUNDABLE Registration Fee of $300 for each child (max $600) if paid on or before June 30th using a Cashier’s Check / Money Order or $306 ($612) using VENMO which includes a 1.9% processing fee.

July 1st and after the registration fee will be $350 for each child (max $700) using a Cashier’s Check / Money Order or $357 ($714) using VENMO which includes a 1.9% processing fee.

VENMO Instructions:

    • Parents click on “request Pay”
    • Choose business payments
    • Search for our username which is @forceychristian

Step Four

Submit required documentation.

  • A copy of Birth Certificate or Current Passport (required for ALL applications)
  • Health Inventory (required for ALL applications) which includes the following:
    • Part I—Health Assessment (filled out by parent)
    • Part II—Child Health Assessment (personal information filled out by parent & remainder filled out by the pediatrician)
    • Lead Testing Certificate—Child Health Assessment (Box A and Box B filled out by parent & remainder filled out by the pediatrician)
    • Health Immunization Certificate—(personal information filled out by parent & remainder filled out by the pediatrician)
  • Previous Report Cards (required for ALL applications except PK3, PK4 and Kindergarten)
  • Middle School Student Questionnaire ONLINE or PRINTABLE (Required for Middle School Applications Only)
  • Middle School Parent Evaluation ONLINE or PRINTABLE (Required for Middle School Applications Only)
  • Middle School Teacher Evaluation Request ONLINE or PRINTABLE (Required for Middle School Applications Only)

Please note that submission of the Application Form and payment of the non-refundable registration fee does not guarantee acceptance.
