Updates and Happenings
- Uniform Reminder: Please visit https://fcs.school/forcey-parent-resources/school-uniforms/ as a reminder of the approved FCS uniform. Some specific reminders:
- Students should wear only FCS approved logo fleece or sweater as outerwear in the building.
- Solid color white or black tights can be worn with skirts.
- Black or brown close toed shoes should be worn.
- PE uniform should be worn on PE days only.
- Uniform enforcement will be conducted.
- Please send students with coats, hats, scarves, and gloves for outside recess. It is important that students get outside each day for fresh air and to have a mask break if desired.
- Forcey Day Camp has officially opened registration and applications for paid positions. All registration information and applications can be found at forceydaycamp.org. For FDC questions please contact AJ-Itzel@forcey.org
- Remember, FCS is partnering with All About Lunch for our hot lunch services. They have flexible options. You can order 1 day a week or 5. You can check them out at https://www.lunchboxprogram.com/
- Re-enrollment for the 2022-23 school year has begun. For re-enrollment information, please contact carla-boxill@fcs.school or visit https://fcs.school/re-registration/
- Indoor Mask Update: We understand that there have been recent discussions nationwide regarding ending school mask mandates. FCS will continue to require all staff and students to be masked inside the building through the end of the 2021-22 school year. No decision has been made yet regarding masking for fall 2022-23.

- Monday, February 21 is a no school holiday for President’s Day.
I was reading Psalm 147 this week. In this Psalm, we are reminded of God’s love for us and how He delights in those who fear Him and put their hope in Him. Psalm 147 goes on to describe that through that relationship, God provides more than enough, more than enough protection, more than enough resources, more than enough strength.
The Lord delights in those who fear him, who put their hope in his unfailing love. ~Psalm 147:11
