Forcey Christian School is looking for qualified bus drivers.

Forcey Christian School is looking for qualified bus drivers for transportation needs for school activities that include: single- and multi-day field trips, away games, and special trips.

Minimum Requirements:

– Possession of a Maryland Class B Commercial Driver’s License

– At least 2 years of experience operating a school bus, preferred

Qualifications:

– Ability to communicate effectively with designated teacher and school office to obtain an approved route prior to trip

– Working knowledge of the bus in order to complete pre-trips and post-trips inspections

– Certified in First Aid and CPR or the ability to complete certification within a specific period of time

– Pass a background check to include driving record performed by third-party service

Special Requirements:

– In addition to scheduled field trips during the day, the ability to work in the afternoon and evening for away games, field trips, or special trips

– Ability to work overtime for some field trips that require extended hours or extended stays
