Forcey Christian School is a private Christian school that is fully accredited and offers preschool, elementary, and middle school programs. Job Description
The Assistant Principal is tasked with maintaining student discipline; overseeing licensing, accreditation and certification; and working with the Principal to manage the school’s fiscal performance, the FACTS database, publicity, fundraising, safety and facility oversight.
The ideal candidate is a mature spiritual leader with strong interpersonal, communication, business and managerial skills, able to plan for the fiscal, regulatory and long-range stability of our school, and who works to build relationships with students and parents through open and clear communication. Counseling experience or working in a multiethnic community is a plus.
Forcey Christian School is a ministry of Forcey Bible Church. Forcey Bible Church is a non-denominational, multi-generational and multi-ethnic Bible teaching church (www.Forcey.org) The Assistant Principal reports to the Principal and is overseen by the Principal in conjunction with the School Board.
Qualifications
The candidate should have at least three years teaching experience plus applicable experience in administration and a minimum of a master’s degree in an education-related field. State and ACSI certifications are preferred.
Salary and Benefits
- Full-time position
- Salary range: $72,000 – $82,000 depending on experience
